For example, when you contact regarding our activities, register as a supporter, send or receive information or sign a petition, you specifically and knowingly provide us with your personal information. We may also receive information about you from third parties – but only if you have given them permission to share your information.

We will not be responsible for the privacy of data collected by websites not owned or managed by Charity, including those linked through our website.

Making a complaint

If you are not satisfied with the response, please contact us at contactus@netgeniusit.co.uk with the details explaining your concerns. We will review your complaint and investigate if the right procedures have been followed and respond back to you as appropriate. We aim to complete this investigation within 15 working days of receiving your complaint, however, in some cases it may take longer. If you are still unsatisfied with the response, you may contact us.

Google Analytics and cookie choices

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use this website. It can measure page views, visits, approximate location, browser and device information, scrolling, outbound link clicks, site searches, video engagement, file downloads and form interactions. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or message contents to Google Analytics.

Analytics storage is denied by default. If you accept analytics, Google may use a first-party cookie such as _ga to distinguish visits and sessions. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied. If you reject non-essential storage, Analytics does not store its client identifier.

For UK users, Google states that Analytics uses an IP address only to derive coarse location information and discards it before the address is logged or stored.
